Patrick Priest started his career by working in his father’s small furniture factory. At the age of ten, he worked by placing wooden legs along the bases of upholstery furniture. As he aged, his father proceeded to place him in almost every position in the factory. Through summers of experience, his knowledge within furniture products grew rapidly.
Patrick studied marketing at the University of Tennessee. After graduation he was hired by Futuristic, a furniture factory. He was later hired by his father and continued his work at the family factory. At this point the factory was receiving $7,000,000 in annual sales. The factory gradually grew and eventually crossed $21,000,000 in sales annually. The company was sold in 2005.
After working under the purchaser for ten years, Patrick started his own sourcing company named PHG Enterprises.
